I'm so glad this has an ending for not only Beth and Skull but also Katie and Torch. The Donahues are one sick and twisted family. Once all of the secrets are learned about everything, it's worse than believed in prior books. Goodness Beth and Katie lived through some horrible torture. Great series, can't wait for Beast's book.

The conclusion to the Devil's Blaze MC Trilogy could not have been more perfect! We all knew that Skull and Beth coming back together was going to be rough and extremely emotional on both sides. Jordan Marie did a beautiful job of expressing their journey and it was heartbreaking at times but also hot, sexy and suspenseful. Skull stole my heart in this book and won't give it back!! 5 HUGE Amazingly beautiful stars!! What a crazy ride it's been with this trilogy and I have loved every single minute of it!!!

I was so ready for this plot line to be over. In this book, Beth continues to not trust Skull and makes dumb decisions. Skull makes some annoying decisions as well. No one seems to communicate. I was also over all the twists and turns with the Donahue family tree. I love books filled with action and adventure but I really want the heroine and hero be struggling through those twists and turns together. I do not like break-ups, separations, and other women in the plots. So, although this series of books has a lot of action I just did not love the plot unreservedly.

I loved the DEVIL’S BLAZE MC Series the first time I read it, and I love it as much now, if not more, than I did the first time, but at that time it was just a trilogy,....And, at that time, I wasn’t leaving reviews...But, now, I leave reviews for every book I read, so, as I read this series again, I’m leaving reviews.....❤️🌼🔥SKULL AND BETH.....TORCH AND KATY....you just have to read the book to see how their stories conclude....I loved this trilogy, but I’m happy the author decided to expand this series...there were other characters with which I was not finished...❤️🌼🔥There really hasn’t been a book written by Jordan Marie that I haven’t loved....She writes the hottest love scenes and describes the heat between the couples, so much I’m just waiting for my kindle to explode ....❤️🌼🔥

Released is not a standalone. In fact to get the most "bang for the buck" I went and skimmed over Captured and Burned. The author packed so much excitement, thrills and chills into each book that I wanted to remember it all.I have to say there were some jaw dropping moments (story twists) that shocked me. I didn't see them coming. They just made a excellent book even better.Other parts of the story just gave me the heby gebies (made my skin crawl, gave me goose bumps). It was all worth it.

This book is the best relationship book. Ever. I stumbled on it as I was going through my divorce in 2001 and it became my mantra. Beyond the simplistic drawing for children, you can see the power of Shel Silverstein's words of don't be someone's missing piece, when you become your own independent self, you will find your equally independent match to roll with. It took me 15 years, but I have found that person. I gift this book to every dear friend going through a divorce or hard break up. I'm buying it again today for my cousin. Sometimes simplicity brings the greatest revelations.... it did for me.

This is a great story that I have actually used both as a parent and in my work as a psychologist. I have read it to my children to increase their understanding of boundaries and the idea of wanting vs. needing someone else or others in their lives.In my practice, I have found it helpful in working with patients with codependency issues. It helps elaborate the differences between dependence, interdependence and codependence and normalizes the challenges we all face in different ways in our lives. Ironically maybe, the use of characters depersonalizes the discussion and helps patients step outside of themselves for just a minute to see what their behavior may look and feel like to important others in their lives.It's also been very useful in working with patients with borderline personality disorder, as it helps them to better understand the importance of boundaries and the need vs. want idea, too. It includes a great deal of metaphor that is thought-provoking for patients and invites them into a dialogue about the challenges they face in interpersonal relationships. Very often, they can see themselves in the depictions of maladaptive relating, and they gain a new understanding of what's adaptive, why and how to achieve it. It helps solidify and give visual representation to the vital understanding of where they end and others begin.

I bought this for my boyfriend as a Valentine's Day gift, and I don't ever think I'll be able to top it.This book is a beautiful story of longing, loneliness, personal growth, and love. It highlights all the things that make dating difficult and points out unhealthy relationship dynamics in a way that even children can understand. My biggest take away from this story is to remember to slow down to enjoy the little things in life - don't run so fast that you let the small joys pass you by. Also, I think it has great meaning behind friendships - not all friends (or "pieces") fit the same way so you have to know how to choose and when to let go of unhealthy relationships.Shel Silverstein was a brilliant author and his stories are just magnificent. I love his books and highly recommend them for everyone. They have wonderful teachable moments and lots of reading enjoyment within.Happy Reading!

This book is amazing. This was introduced to my daughter (6 yo) by her school counselor as a way to help make heads and tails of my divorce from her dad because he's not in the picture anymore. She really en joyed this book, and it's helping her to understand that even though he is not around anymore, she can still have a happy and fulfilled life. I have to say as a disclaimer that I have been to Mkomazi and met Tony Fitzjohn and that several of my Moshi friends know him well. But, the beauty of this memoir is not just in the "romance" of the tough life, but of the remembrances of the stamina, and the fragile line that holds it all together. As Americans who come and go from Kilimanjaro, I can tell you that most projects -- and big ones at that run on the fragile line of one persons passion and dedication. And many of the golden ones have been murdered. His story is vivid, and gives hope to the future of the parks and the animals.I would not put my children or recommend anyone else putting their children into the arms of lions (and I don't think he does either) but he brings a sort of humanity that connects we humans and animals, but keeps his own life story ever present. I love good memoirs.

Absolutely beautiful book, a must to fully understand the real work of saving the Wildlife in East Africa. Tony has done so well, that George Adamson is happier in the 'heavens' above.The Wildlife are lucky to have Tony, Lucy, and all their friends and donors and people helping out thus cause. I am thankful that Tony came along to learn from George. . .

But was still vague on Christian's life span-they heard his roars and saw his spoor. But when did the roars etop and there were no more spoor-I would have thought they would have noticed.

I read all of the Adamson books, both Joy's and George's as a kid. I remember when I got George's autobiography from the library and saw Tony Fitzjohn thinking "He is SO cute!" Well, he is older, wiser, infinitely interesting and still pretty cute. The life he has lived and is living is amazing. The work he is doing is so important if any of Africa's wildlife is to survive. The book is a great adventure story and I really loved visiting George Adamson again through Tony's eyes. Thank you Mr. Fitzjohn.

This is the most extraordinary memoir I have EVER read (I'm 79). Every lover of our planet, it's flora and fauna and humanity in general, must read this. I have already recommended it to my friends and family. Glorious story and magnificently written. Very hard to put down but the loss of sleep is worth it.

If you are an animal lover, this book is very hard to put down! And what a delightful and moving way to learn more about a subject that interests you. If you enjoyed Born Free, this book is definitely for you, no matter your age or sex.

Excellent story of a mans passion of the wild of Africa, the fact he was young and worked with George Adamson is one of the few to know the real story about George and Joy and carry it on.

Fitzjohn admits to being nuts, he is! Anyone who savors the types of adventures he does is a rare species of his own kind. Through Fitzjohn's chapters, I learned a lot about George Adamson's work with lions, which was as heart-warming as his wife's stories of Elsa. A lot to digest in this book, glimpses at life in Africa, the work with the animals, the political upheavals, the dangers, the joys. Great read, astounding photographs.

This is a nice book to practice for the OLSAT text. There are four question types, verbal comprehension, verbal reasoning, figural reasoning and quantitative reasoning. The correct answers are given and then also clearly explained to understand why it is the correct answer. There is a nice bubble type answer sheet to take the test. There is a test prep section that explains each type of question and also gives good tips for test taking strategy and preparation.

Expensive for just one test. But it provided exposure to what types of problems would be on the test

Considering the price, I thought there would be more than one test. But it is just one 72 question practice test with answer key and bubble sheet.

I have been looking for this book for years. It is the ultimate cookbook for people serious about their European style Christmas cookies. I got a copy of three recipes out of this cookbook decades ago and have been loving them ever since. They are foolproof and excellent. I'm loving this book and recommend it to anyone who wants to make German cookies for Christmas. Everyone compliments me on my Lebkuchen and Witenkusse. I'd give it ten stars if I could and hug the author.

Great find!! This is a must have for the holidays!! I got this as a present for a new daughter-in-law. I've had an original copy myself since it first came out new, and once my girls grew up, searched out good copies for them too!

Love this book, can't wait to choose what to make this Christmas. Book arrived on time and in great shape!

REALLY?? Christmas cookies without a single picture? The recipes are probably fine but I would think most people see a picture and say "ooh, I want to make those".

I recently picked this up at a second-hand store because it looked interesting. I am very glad I did! These recipes are from a time when homemade goodies tasted delicious first and looked pretty second. It feels like everywhere I look for recipes these days, it's more of an intricate art project that tastes like gum paste and fondant and nobody wants to eat them or even touch them because they're too pretty. Now the recipes in this book, you can pretty them up and everything, but you won't mistake any of it for something inedible. They look and taste just delicious. Lots of Scandinavian and Bavarian recipes in here, too, which is handy for me since I live in Ballard (Seattle - uff da!) and vacation in Leavenworth, WA. All these recipes are yummy yummy Christmas comfort goodies.

Myers has done a marvelous job at collecting recipes from around the world for cookies and candies used in Christmas celebrations. The format is very simple and void of any photographs or illustrations, apart from the covers, but instructions are clear and thorough. Many oldtime favorites await discovery as well as less common traditional European Christmas cookies. There is sure to be something for everyone here.
